INSTALLATION GUIDE
All surface must be clean, dry and free of loose debris.
Measure the wall area, calculate the number of panels needed and plan your design to minimise cutting of the panels.
Draw horizontal lines on the wall with a level to determine the position of every panel.
Apply multi-purpose glue on the back of each panel and ensure all corners must have sufficient glue in order to keep the edges down.
The panels should be placed next to each other if desired, paying special attention to fitting them as close as possible to minimize the seams.
Pay close attention to the edges and ensure they are as close to 100% flat as possible.
Keep a damp rag handy to wipe off excess glue.
If the panel need to be cut, use a standard utility knife. Make multiple passes on the panel, cutting deeper each time, as this will help to ensure a straight cut. After cutting, use 350 grit sandpaper to lightly sand the cut edge.
Apply your gap filler in small amounts between joints and smooth out with your finger. Remove excess with damp rag. Do not worry if you wash out part of the joint as you can reapply after the product is primed. Primer will also fill the gaps slightly
Apply primer coat on the panel by brushing, rolling or spraying. We recommend water base paint as it is easier to work with and spray gun for large area.
Lightly sand the primed wall after it is dried to remove unwanted foreign debris.
Apply finishing coat and allow the 1st coat to dry up before applying the 2nd coat if needed.
